    SunRays Indoor Space has numerous, chairs, stools, plinths, a couch, occasional chairs, table, desk, mirrors, curtains roll wall and props all included in hire.

    As Well As

    SunRays Outdoor Space has numerous chairs, garden swing, mirrors, rustic set ups, staged curtain area, bike, baskets, pot, citrus fruits, flowers, garden, wagon, old car and tractor.

    Fully Functioning Kitchenette with Bar Fridge, Kettle, Coffee Machine, Sink, Hot and Cold Water, Cake Stand, Cake Server and an Array of Glasses, Wine Glasses, Coffee Cups, Tea Pot and Tea Cups, Vases etc.

  • YES - Studio SunRàys is located on 10 acres of private property. We have 6 signed parking spots for convenience.

    However, we can accommodate as many vehicles as you require. Parking is not an issue at Studio SunRàys.

    ARRIVAL: There is a Studio SunRays WELCOME sign on driveway

    PARKING - Simply drive in the driveway, past the studio entrance on your right, until you see a large garage with signed parking on your left.

    PLEASE NOTE: It is 100% ok to park in front of all garage doors.

    Once you park you simply follow the white path into the Studio.

    Owners Karà and or Kyra-Bae will always ensure that the studio is unlocked prepped and ready.

    Ensuring the studio is set, clean, fans, air-conditioned and lights switched on.

    DEPARTURE: Once finished we kindly ask that you ensure you have all your belongings, tidy studio, reset studio, take all rubbish, turn air-conditioned and lights off and simply shut any windows you opened and slide all doors closed.

    Owners Karà and Kyra-Bae will ensure the studio gets locked.

  • YES - Studio SunRàys welcomes event hire for corporate and branding events only.

    Maximum indoor capacity is 30 people.

    Studio SunRays is an unlicensed venue.

    Studio Events incur a cleaning fee.

    • BTS Package $75 an hour

    • Lighting Package $50 for duration of booking

    • Automatic Paper Backdrops (Black, Brown and Pink) $25 a drop for duration of booking

    • Dumbbells and Weight Bench $50 for duration of booking

    • Beauty Bed $50 for duration of booking

    • Indoor Bedroom Set Up $50 for duration of booking

    • Outdoor Bed Only Set Up $50 for duration of booking (only available in fine weather)

    • Christmas Set Up $100 Varies every year - minimum 4 hours

    • Mothers Day Set Up $50 Varies Every Year - minimum 2 hours
